AI Services We Use
Saply integrates with OpenAI to power its core AI features. OpenAI provides the large language model (LLM) technology that enables Saply to parse, reformat, and enrich candidate resumes and profiles. We access OpenAI's models through Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service), ensuring enterprise-grade security and data residency within the European Union.
How We Use AI
We use OpenAI's API for the following purposes:
Resume parsing: extracting structured data (skills, experience, education) from uploaded CV documents.
CV formatting: reformatting candidate profiles into client-ready templates and branded layouts.
Profile enrichment: improving readability and consistency of candidate descriptions.
Document auto-fill: populating structured templates such as EU framework CVs (e.g. DIGIT TM 2, ITS19).
Data Handling
When documents are processed through our AI features, relevant content is sent to Azure OpenAI for analysis. Saply does not use your data to train AI models. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for full details on how personal data is handled and protected.
Third-Party AI Providers
OpenAI (https://openai.com) provides the language model services used within Saply, accessed via Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Their data processing practices are governed by OpenAI's privacy policy, Microsoft Azure's terms of service, and applicable data protection regulations.
